About the Villa
Recently remodeled, over 9,000 sq. ft. villa features a large terrace with heated infinity pool and Jacuzzi. A large outdoor Palapa with wet bar and a fully covered patio area offer two shaded outdoor dining and relaxation areas. Ample sunning areas with Cantera flooring throughout and a half bath on the pool level, ensure that your days at the villa will pass by in beauty and comfort.
The living room features new furnishings, marble floors, a local wood custom made modern entertainment cabinet with 50-inch LCD TV, a home theater surround sound system, an X-box 360 game system, iPod connections and outdoor speakers for the terrace. The outdoor garden by the pool features mature palm trees, mango trees, and exotic local plants. There is also a guest bathroom on the main level.
All seven bedrooms have ensuite full baths and king size beds, ocean views, balconies, ceiling fans and new furnishings. The villa is also air-conditioned throughout. Other amenities include High Speed Wireless Internet, laptop pc and wireless printer/copier/scanner. The entire house has a water purification system ensuring that drinking and bathing water is pure.
