Villa Mandarinas is a uniquely private luxury vacation 12 bedroom villa located just past Mismaloya Beach on Puerto Vallarta’s south shore. The entire Villa Mandarinas Estate offers 12 bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate up to 26 guests. You can choose to rent from 8 bedrooms for small families and groups of up to 16 guests or rent the full 12 bedrooms for larger groups.

There are 3 separate pool areas as well as a designated spaces for your wedding or special event for up to 200 people.

The villa includes a staff of 8 people: a villa manager, a concierge, a chef, two kitchen assistants, a bartender, a waiter, two housekeepers and a night watchman.  The houseman/bartender, villa manager, and concierge are bilingual.

With over 20,000 square feet, Villa Mandarinas in Puerto Vallarta is one of the largest private vacation estates offering spectacular venues for weddings and celebratory events of up to 200 people.

Our villa features unique architecture, manicured gardens, three different pools, and the beautiful backdrop of the jungle and the Sierra Madre mountains. Edging the emerald waters of the Pacific, we have The Ocean terrace, which is ideal for ceremonies, The Bonfire Lawn is a sky-lit terrace ideal for dinner and dancing, the villa´s pier has seen many grooms arrive at the ceremony by boat!

Wedding | Event Guidelines

MINIMUM STAY: There is a 5-night rental minimum.

EVENT FEES:

• • Weddings & events up to-24 guests, a fee of USD $700 will apply.
  • Weddings & events from 25-50 guests, a fee of USD $2,900 will apply.
  • Weddings & events from 51-80 guests, a fee of USD $3,900 will apply.
  • Weddings & events 81-110 guests, a fee of USD $4,900 will apply.
  • Weddings & events above 110 guests, a fee of USD $25.00 will apply per extra guest with a maximum of 200 guests.

 Bedroom 1 – Blue Suite: King bed, en-suite bathroom with shower/jetted tub, TV, air conditioning, ceiling fan, safe, TV, phone, and coffee maker. Private terrace with ocean views (part of Main Villa). 

Bedroom 2 – Green Suite: King bed, en-suite bathroom with shower/jetted tub, air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, safe, phone, and coffee maker.  Private terrace with ocean views (part of the Main villa). 

Bedroom 3 – Yellow Suite: King bed, en-suite bathroom with shower/jetted tub, air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, safe, phone, and coffee maker.  Private terrace with ocean views (part of the Main villa). 

Bedroom 4 – Turquoise Suite: King bed, King en-suite bathroom with shower/jetted tub, air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, safe, phone, and coffee maker.   

Bedroom 5 – Magenta Suite: King bed, en-suite bathroom with shower/jetted tub, air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, safe, phone, and coffee maker.  Private terrace with ocean views. 

Bedroom 6 – Red Suite: King bed, en-suite bathroom with shower/jetted tub, air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, safe, phone, and coffee maker.  Opens onto a large common terrace 

Bedroom 7 – Mural Room Suite: 2 Queen Beds, en-suite bathroom with shower/jetted tub, air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, safe, phone, and coffee maker. Looks out to game room area with a partial ocean view. 

Bedroom 8 Sand: 2 Twin beds (can be converted into King), en-suite bathroom with shower/jetted tub, air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, safe, phone, and coffee maker.  Private terrace with Jacuzzi tub and ocean views 

Casita Mandarinas Sur: Chocolate, Black, and Shell Pink bedrooms are available to choose when renting 9, 10 or 11 bedrooms. 

Bedroom 9 – Chocolate Suite:  king size bed, ensuite bathroom with Shower, living area, private terrace all with breathtaking ocean views. 

Bedroom 10 – Black Onyx Suite:  king size bed, ensuite bath with indoor and romantic outdoor shower. Living area w/ TV & private terrace, all with breathtaking ocean views. 

Bedroom 11 – Yoga Suite:  Option to have 4 single beds, 1 king & 2 singles or 2 king size beds.  Great ocean views, private terrace, 2 ensuite bathrooms with showers, safe. Note: This room is included when renting the full house. 

Bedroom 12 – Grey Suite: King size bed, ensuite bath with shower | Tub, private ocean view terrace, A/C, Ceiling fan, Safe, Coffee maker

Note: 12 Bedrooms in total that can sleep up to 24 persons – 2 persons/ Bedroom plus 2 extra persons in Yoga bedroom.

GENERAL GUIDELINES 

The villa includes a staff of 9 persons: a villa manager, a concierge, a chef, two assistant cooks, a bartender, a waiter, two housekeepers, and a night watchman. 

Note: The houseman/bartender, villa manager, and concierge are bilingual. 

SERVICE SCHEDULE: 

Breakfast is served on or after 9:00 a.m. 

Lunch around 1:00 p.m. 

Dinner is served by 7 p.m. Later dinner service or early breakfast is available for an additional fee of USD $95.00 per hour, to cover the extra time and staff transportation. 

Maid service from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, kitchen staff from 8:00 am to 8:30 pm, barman up to 9:00 pm. 

Your villa rental includes the preparation and service of three meals a day plus snacks and beverages. 

– Cost of food and beverages is not included. Guests choose from the menu suggestions provided, with all guests having the same menu choices for all courses: starter, main entrée and dessert (exceptions will be made for all special diets and allergies). Please ask for our vegan and vegetarian menus. 

– Service: Includes all preparation, cooking, serving and clean up. 

– Shopping is done by staff. The cost of food and beverages is as shown on store receipts which will be presented with an accounting plus a 10% shopping and delivery fee of the total receipts. The shopper is dedicated to offering the best quality of food and beverages at the best value.  

– Cost of Food and Beverages: An approximate cost of food and soft drinks, based on an average consumption and past experience, over 5 to 7 days of high and low priced choices is $40.00 USD per adult per day. 

*Note: This does not include the cost of alcohol.  This charge will vary depending on personal consumption and brands. 

– Menus will be sent by email prior to your arrival. 

– Prepaid Deposit: a Food and Beverage deposit is required 30 days prior to the date of arrival. 

– Accounting and Payment: All Food and Beverage expenses must be 

paid in full the day prior to departure.  An itemized statement with all store receipts will be prepared and presented to you at that time. Payment is in cash, either Mexican Pesos or US Dollars. Credit Cards can be used to cover payments with an additional 3.5% processing fee. 

All receipts and accounting are available daily and we recommend you reconcile every other day.
