Villa las Puertas is an elegantly designed 7-bedroom Mexican estate. This 10,500 square foot property has plenty of space for your group and overlooks the Bay of Banderas while having direct beach access just 150 steps away down a private staircase.

Walking along the beach, this villa is just a ten-to-fifteen-minute walk into the Old Town Romantic Zone, or if you prefer to take a taxi or Uber, you can expect to pay only $3-5. This property is located next door to Villa Estrella Mar and can be rented in addition should you have a large group that you want to have nearby.

Las Puertas’ entrance features a set of astounding Moroccan carved wood doors which open to a lush courtyard with a private heated swimming pool. There is also a lovely terrace that has a wet bar, multiple living, and dining room areas, as well as a large Jacuzzi splash pool. The villa has three levels with the top floor having four bedrooms with access to an outdoor balcony space either private or shared. The main level having two bedrooms, and the lower level having the final secluded bedroom with ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms have a king size bed except for the 7th bedroom that is accessed through another room with two twin size beds, perfect for kids. All but one bedroom suite has ensuite bathrooms. This property has all the modern amenities you would expect in an amazing getaway including cable TV, a sound system, and Wi-Fi access.

Enjoy chef services who will prepare two meals a day for your group, as well as daily maid service and a waiter who will make drinks and serve meals.

The top floor of Villa Las Puertas (one level above the main level) has four bedrooms, three bathrooms.

Vista Suite: This bedroom suite has a king size bed, private balcony with ocean views, a stunning ensuite bathroom with double vanities, and dual showerheads with a balcony opening to outside. The room has a large closet, airconditioning, ceiling fan, safe and TV.

Haven Suite: This stunning bedroom suite has a king size bed, shared balcony with ocean views, a spaciousensuite bathroom with shower. The room also has a large closet, air conditioning, ceiling fan, safe and TV.

Canopy Suite: Another beautiful bedroom suite with a king size bed, shared balcony with ocean views in addition to a secondary private balcony, a beautiful ensuite bathroom with shower. The room has a largecloset, air conditioning, ceiling fan, safe and TV.

Duet Room: This bonus bedroom is located right at the top of the stairs as you enter bedroom number one. It has two single beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and a courtyard view. The bathroom is shared withbedroom number one. A great option for children to be close to their parents or a group of friends. Beds can be pushed together to create a king size bed.

The main floor of Villa Las Puertas has two bedrooms and three bathrooms. The Grand Alcove suite has anensuite bathroom, Daybreak Suite has a bathroom across the hallway, and the final bathroom is a powder room. This level also has the living room, dining room, kitchen, courtyard pool and a beautiful terrace overlooking the ocean.

Grand Alcove Suite: This bedroom suite has a king size bed, ocean views, an ensuite bathroom with a door opening to outside and a way to access the pool directly. The room has a large closet, air conditioning, ceiling fan, safe and TV.

Daybreak Suite: This bedroom suite has a king size bed, French doors opening to a small private courtyard, a bathroom across the hall, a large closet, air conditioning, ceiling fan, safe and TV.

Garden Suite: Tucked away two levels below the main level, this private suite has a king size bed, gardenviews and partial ocean views as well as an ensuite bathroom. The room has a large closet, air conditioning, ceiling fan, safe and TV.

By special arrangement Villa Las Puertas has been made available to select qualified guests. Villas Las Puertas is privately owned; student groups, bachelor parties, packaging general public groups, or the like are not accepted.
