The Beachouse accommodates a maximum of 2 persons in approximately 2000 square feet, and is located on the central part of the estate, just below the famed Villa Verano. Completely private and secure, The Beachouse has sweeping views of the bay and beach from every room, infinity pool heated to your desire, gourmet kitchen, living room, outside dining terrace, large bedroom and bath, outdoor shower, air conditioning, and access to the private beach and amenities of the Puerto Vallarta Beach Club.

Current rates for all new reservations (19% Mexican sales tax is NOT included)

Included daily, breakfast prepared on our private beach patio—Sundays Continental breakfast offered.

May through October – $500.00 per night (3-night minimum)

November through April – $600.00 per night (3-night minimum)

Thanksgiving – $700.00 per night (5-night minimum)

Christmas/New Year’s Weeks – $700.00 per night (7-night minimum)

Check-in time is after 3 pm, check-out time is prior to 11 am.
