Approach this villa along a cobblestone driveway through a monogrammed wrought iron gate and richly carved doors, and enter into this supremely comfortable home with its decor in creamy whites and tactile textures reflecting a haven of elegance and art. The unique palapa high ceiling and sliding glass doors of the living room opening to the ocean breezes encourages both entertaining and quiet contemplation.

The L-shaped bar promotes easy conversation over cocktails. There`s a smooth sense of ease and flow throughout the living spaces and an open unrestrained feel where guests can enjoy all the privacy and creature comforts they could want. Impeccably managed and maintained by a staff of four and overseen by Juan the exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable English speaking manager.
They will service you with warm Mexican hospitality and you are assured of eating well with the chef`s gourmet cuisine. The maids will do guests personal laundry if requested. For those special celebrations Juan can arrange birthday cakes, flowers, Mariachis, manicure/pedicures, massages, and more.

The heated infinity pool offers wonderful views of the ocean just steps from the private sandy beach where guests can play and enjoy swimming, snorkeling, BBQ and candle light dinner. Charter Juan`s boat for a fishing trip, he`s an excellent captain and knows all the best spots. If you want to scuba, water ski or jet ski Juan can arrange pickup by boat from our beach. Golf, tennis and family fun activities are within a short drive. There is a new on site gym, DSL Internet access, satellite TV, purified water and more.

Casa Salinas 1 with its 9 spacious bedrooms that sleep 18 is an ideal setting for family gatherings, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, other celebrations and a relaxed and enjoyable vacation. For larger groups, book both Casa Salinas 1 and Casa Salinas II its equally as charming 6-bedroom partner next door, for a total of 15 bedrooms that sleep 30.

Children are welcome, childcare can be arranged, cribs and highchairs available. Close by in the town of Puerto Vallarta, with its cobblestone streets and known for its art and many galleries, you will find excellent restaurants, cafes and shops combined with Old Mexico charm and plenty of nightlife

By special arrangement Casa Salinas 1 has been made available to select qualified guests. Casa Salinas 1 is privately owned; student groups, bachelor parties, packaging general public groups, or the like are not accepted. No pets.

Thanksgiving week – $3,420.00 USD / night – Full rate applies – no varying rate.

If both villas taken by the same party then a minimum 12-bedroom reservation is required.
There are no varying bedroom rates for Thanksgiving, Xmas and New Year in either villa; full rate required.

Rates include the tax, the staff.  Rates do not include food, liquor, beverages, staff gratuities.
Refundable security deposit:  $1,000 USD per villa (for events, please inquire)

Reservations will be automatically canceled if deposit is not received within 7 days of booking.
