NOTE: There is currently construction occurring in the vicinity of Casa Paraiso, a new condo project.  Noise has not yet been an issue, however we cannot guarantee there will not be any noise pollution going forward. Construction hours are 8am to 5pm Monday through Saturday.  The project will likely take 18 months to 2 years to complete.   The new condo project will partially block the downtown view.  Ocean views are not compromised.

By special arrangement Casa Paraiso has been made available to select qualified guests. Casa Paraiso is privately owned; student groups, bachelor parties, packaging general public groups, or the like are not accepted. No pets, adults preferred.
