Villa Kismet combines contemporary design and oceanfront elegance with a lush jungle setting found only in this Sierra del Mar at Los Arcos gated community.

Villa Kismet features a dramatic interior garden courtyard, simple clean lines in design, floor to ceiling glass, marble flooring, quality handcrafted cabinetry, and very special design features that have been created especially for this villa.

Spacious entertainment areas and oceanfront terraces face an infinity pool and covered Palapa dining area. The courtyard features Zen style oceanfront tropical gardens.

The entry floor showcases the design of this villa around the open atrium courtyard with huge palm trees and tropical foliage. Pull into the private two car garage and ascend to the third floor via a few steps or use the elevator.

The third-floor features three luxury suites – all with private baths and large closets and dressing areas.

Suite #1 – Super master – features a huge King bedroom with sitting area, private ocean front terrace, office area and desk with ocean views. In addition, this luxury suite has a huge dressing area with two sinks and dressing table, soaking tub, shower, and toilet all with floor to ceiling glass windows with views of Los Arcos and the entire Bay.

Suite #2 – Features Ocean Views, a King bed, Private oceanfront balcony, sitting area, private large bath and shower with atrium views. This room also has an additional  double bed and still seems very spacious.

Suite #3 –   Features Garden Views, a King canopy bed, sitting area, private large bath and shower with atrium views.

On the second floor, you will find the massive living area – all open to the pool terrace via sliding pocket doors for indoor outdoor living at its finest. The living area flows into the formal dining room and the open kitchen all facing the ocean, pool deck and outdoor palapa dining area.

The pool deck offers sun or shade with the help of 4 large umbrellas and eight padded lounge chairs. In addition to seating for 14 at the large marble round table under the cool palapa canopy.

The pools infinity edge makes it blend with the waves and blue ocean just feet below.  The pool features a corner hot spa for evening relaxation under the stars.

This floor features two bedrooms.

Suite #4 – Pool deck super master – King bed and sitting room facing the pool and hot tub. Large bath with dual sinks and oversized shower. This room is very large and features a second double bed.

Suite #5 – Features a lovely atrium view and garden view bath with private entry into the atrium gardens.  The bedroom offers a Queen canopy bed, sitting area, large wardrobe and private ensuite bath with shower.

The ocean level floor is a private floor with two large suites at the ocean level, a garden and hammocks for waterfront relaxation.  This is also a popular spot to set up our massage tables or yoga.

Suite #6 – offers a King bed with ocean view – sitting area, access to private terrace on the ocean with garden and ocean views. Ensuite bath and shower.

Bedroom #7 – features a luxury queen bed and large screen TV with ocean décor and built in shelfing and oversized closet and storage areas. Ensuite bath and shower. This ocean view room is feet from the waves and boulders that are the front of the property.

Our location inside the secure gates of Sierra Del Mar at Los Arcos, feature, 24-hour security, a Private Beach Club, with sandy swimmable beach, a restaurant and bar, free kayaks, and paddleboards for guest use, fully equip gym, pool and hot spa.
