Casa Karma is a luxurious beachfront Luxury Villa featuring 8 stunning individual Guest Suites, each with their own en-suite bath. The villa features a full staff of Chef, houseman, concierge, and maid to see to guests needs. One of Puerto Vallarta’s premier villas, Casa Karma is a unique beachfront property that offers 6 remarkable king guest suites with ensuite bath and private ocean view terraces. The 7th king bedroom with ensuite bath has an interior water garden view and is located within easy access to the main living and dining areas.

The new 8th Penthouse features an ensuite bath with vessel sinks and Kohler whole body shower. This special suite features a sitting area with large screen tv and private plunge pool on the oceanfront deck. Below the pool and on the beach – fire pits can be set alight for an evening of Oceanside fires, wine, and romance. Our elegant water garden offers an oceanfront mandala and endless fountains for strolling in your private garden or for up to 200 guests for weddings, parties, performances and special events.

It’s the combination of a great full staff, tasteful art and designer touches, along with elegant amenities, gourmet cuisine, luxury and endless guest pampering that make Casa Karma so special. Enjoy the heated infinity pool or jacuzzi and have a sunset cocktail after dinner at the poolside bar. EVENT PLANNER; All events must be coordinated by a local event planner.

STAFF; the staff is there to serve the renters and does not participate in the wedding- catering service.

FIREWORKS; Fireworks are allowed but must be set off by the ocean-front and by an approved technician

The release of Chinese lanterns are not allowed due to a high-risk fire hazard or palapas nearby

QUIET HOURS; Casa Karma is located in a residential area and music must be muted by 11:00 pm and extension permit can be requested coordinated with the event planner to the city.

Security Deposit

A security/damage deposit of $1000 USD is required with the balance due payment.

The Perfect Destination Wedding at Casa Karma

We do weddings for everyone! Are you dreaming of a beautiful, romantic and affordable destination wedding? Traditional weddings are expensive, hectic and you spend very little time with your guests. For less than the price of a one-day traditional wedding in the US or Canada, you can have a 4-5 day wedding vacation with your family and friends at Casa Karma! The Event Terraces at Casa Karma are the perfect oceanfront venue for your special day with space for up to 200 guests. Our event space is also perfect for small weddings. Our Wedding Salon is unique on the south side of Puerto Vallarta. It is a beautiful oceanfront wedding dressing room for the wedding party. The entrance from the Wedding Salon can become a dramatic and beautiful entrance down the staircase onto the lower event terrace where the wedding party and guests will be watching and waiting.

All 3 of our terraces have romantic fountains and lush landscaping. Our garden terrace is a beautiful setting for photographs before or after the wedding and a perfect setting to have an outdoor lounge area for your guests before or after the wedding. Our main terrace has a fireplace, wood-fired pizza oven, and a service bar as well as air-conditioned public restrooms for your guests. Our new Catering Kitchen has plenty of space for your caterer to provide excellent food, beverage, and service for the reception or dinner afterward. Our lower terrace is perfect for a sit-down dinner for up to 140 people following a reception on the main terrace. After dinner, dance the night away on the main terrace or the lower terrace, both of which are pre-wired for sound and light systems.

Dramatic oceanfront or beach views, romantic fountains and lush landscaping abound for beautiful wedding photos before, during and after the ceremony. You and your bride or groom can stay in our amazing 2 story honeymoon suite with your own private dipping pool. Up to 16 additional family or friends can stay in our other 7 designer guest suites. We have arrangements with nearby hotels for all of your additional family or friends. (1 next door and 1 only a 1/4 mile away). Worried that a destination wedding would be too complicated? We have an excellent network of wedding and event planners, private chefs, caterers, florists, musicians, and DJ’s. They have all of the contacts necessary to make certain your wedding is exactly what you have in mind.
