This full furnished quaint condo sits high above the famed Conchas Chinas residential area, with great views of banderas bay, Los Arcos, sierra madre mountains and the south shore.  Decorated in Mexican decor it is an afforadable opportunity for someone for long term rental in a very posh neighborhood of fantastic villas.  The Den area is perfect for short term visitors and has it´s own full bathroom.  The master bedroom has  a full bath with tub.
Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and range for preparing all meals, including kitchen bar eating area.  Extra large dining room table is great for large dinner parties as it seats 8.  There are not any long term rentals of this caliber in this area!

No Pets are allowed

By special arrangement Los Grillos Condo has been made available to select qualified guests. Los Grillos Condo is privately owned; student groups, bachelor parties, packaging general public groups, or the like are not accepted. No pets, adults preferred.
