"Take part Hacienda, mix in some dramatic architectural steps to a pool and add in staff who truly care about their guests and voila - You have Casa Coca. Nestled in the hills above the romantic zone is this charming simple yet relaxing villa that keeps us coming back year after year. The 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home is simple in design with a truly authentic Mexican feel to it. You enter through an iron gate and are immediately drawn to the pool, complete with three lion heads spouting water into the deep end of the pool. There waiting for you are Carmen and Fidel- They give you "the tour" and if you ask in advance salsa, guacamole, quesadillas and the best margaritas are waiting for you. Jump into the sparkling pool- You'll wonder why anyone would leave here to go to the beach!
When you do step out, the town is just steps down the hill and you are right in the middle of town- A 10 min walk puts you right on the beach. Taxi's are best for coming back up the hill ( about $4US and worth it) The house is surrounded by amazing restaurants (Vista Grill, El Palomar De Los Gonzales) all within walking distance. Back home a midnight swim is a must then a restful night to start all over again the next day. Each bedroom room having a bathroom is a great luxury.
As someone who has travelled the world extensively I have to say this is one of my favorite places to visit and we will be back again!"

"We had such a great time at the villa! It was all you said it was going to be, but even better! We were already talking about planning another visit to Villa Tita next year (hopefully). It was a pleasure to wake up, go to breakfast, and have a good laugh. We did go down the stairs once to go to the beach but it wasn't our activity of choice (although there were a ton of beautiful, gay mean :P). It was difficult on most days to get up from the pool and head into town for the day but we did it! We have all grown a new love for Puerto Vallarta"

 I wanted to write a quick email to thank you for everything. Our trip to the Berry's penthouse in P.V. was wonderful and everything went so smoothly.  Angelica, Rosa, Carlos and Rosario made our stay so comfortable, and of course the location of the Molina de Aguas Penthouse #1 was outstanding.  We were sad to leave, the week flew by too quickly. 
 I hope you and your family had a lovely Christmas and that you will have a happy and healthy new year.
